JCI offers various development opportunities to its members so they can make the world a better place, where they are.

The JCI movement offers various skills development programs that are useful not only within the movement but also in real life. Members are given workshops and trainings on project management, public speaking, running effective meetings and presentations, parliamentary procedures and protocol – to equip them in their quest to become future leaders.

Using JCI’s Active Citizen Framework, members help create positive change through identifying community needs and develop sustainable programs together with like-minded partners.

JCI members include people of various business interests. Various networking activities within the country as well as internationally allow members to pursue their personal business endeavors.

Through a global network of JCI local organizations spread across 100+ countries, members are exposed to multiple cultures which help develop friendships that transcend national borders.
